Prima vittoria per Leclerc che vince la sua prima gara in F1 nel Gran Premio del Belgio. Prima volta per la Rossa in una stagione quanto mai sofferta e sfortunata. Il pilota monegasco ha tagliato per primo il traguardo dopo aver sfiorato la vittoria in Bahrein, quando Hamilton ha sfruttato un problema al motore della Ferrari per vincere il GP nel marzo scorso. Fra l'altro una prima beneaugurante. Anche Schumacher vinse la sua prima gara in Belgio (con la Benetton).
